Our 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Jennifer Rose Esposito, guides you through a harmonious flow of poses, encouraging you to connect with your breath and tune into your body's rhythm. As you move through each posture, the candlelight accentuates the elegance of the practice, creating a serene ambiance that enhances your focus and mindfulness. This class is a sanctuary for those seeking balance, serenity, and a deeper connection with their inner selves.
