Welcome to Spring Renewal, a rejuvenating yoga class inviting you to let go of any heaviness from winter and embrace the vibrant energy of the new season. As we flow through mindful movements, we release stagnant energy and welcome the opportunity for rebirth and renewal. Just as nature awakens from its slumber, we plant seeds of intention in our hearts, nurturing our deepest desires to bloom and manifest. With each breath, we bask in the fresh warmth of the sun, revitalizing our spirits and embracing the infinite possibilities of growth and transformation. Join us on the mat as we journey towards inner renewal and embrace the radiant energy of spring.

As you step onto your mat, the calming flow of the class, led by 500-hr Registered Yoga Teacher, Jennifer Rose Esposito, encourages you to release tension and center your mind, creating a sense of inner peace that will carry you through the exhilarating challenges of the spring rebirth and renewal. 

This class is also perfect for beginners to yoga or those with lots of experience on the mat.

All tickets purchased for an in-studio class will also recieve a virtual passcode. Should weather, life, or anything get in the way of your ability to attend the class in person, feel free to attend the class virtually!
